1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested Farmer/Farmers Cooperative accredited by the National Food Authority to supply the rice requirements for HGC employees for the 2nd quarter of CY 2010 as follows:



337 Sacks of Rice with the following specifications:

IR-64 SINADOMENG 95% PREMIUM GRADED

• Whole Grain
• 50 kilos per sack


2. The winning Cooperative will undertake the house to house delivery for each employee at designated addresses referred to in annex “A”.


3. All interested cooperatives should submit samples and price quotations of their rice product at the Administrative Department, Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City on or before 2:00 p.m. of March 22, 2010.


4. The approved budget for this Contract is P 640,300.00.

6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
