  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested Farmers/Farmer Cooperatives accredited by the National Food Authority to supply the rice requirements for HGC employees for the 1st quarter of CY 2011 as follows:

    2. 337 Sacks of Rice with the following specifications:

    IR-64 SINADOMENG 95% PREMIUM GRADED
     
    • Whole Grain
    • 50 kilos per sack

  2. The winning bidder will undertake the house to house delivery to each employee at designated addresses referred to in annex “A”.


  3. All interested bidder should submit samples and price quotations of their rice product at the Administrative Department, Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City on or before 2:00 p.m. of December 17, 2010.


  4. The Approved Budget for the Contract is P 647,040.00.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
