He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in lndustrial Engineering and Masters in Business Administration post graduate studies both from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. He is currently a Board Member of Asialink Comp Corporation. He is the former CEO and Vice Chair of Dial Property Holdings, lnc. from 1995 to 2001, and Business Development and Marketing Adviser at Schema Konsult, one of the Philippines' largest and leading planning and engineering consulting firms from 1988 to 2000.
