SUBJECT:   Bidding of Six (6) units Blade Servers and Accessories

DATE:          March 9, 2010

As discussed and agreed during the Pre-bid Conference of March 3, 2010, the Technical Specification and Instructions to Bidders for the six (6) units Blade Servers and Accessories are hereby amended as follows:

  1. Technical Specification

    2. Item No. 5 shall read as follows:

    • Capable of Redundant configuration
    • Support 1 + 1 or 2 + 1 configuration
    • Support load balancing

    Warranty/Support:

    • 3 Yrs parts & labor with 24X7; 4 hrs response time SLA.


  2. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

    3. I.3.A.4

    Valid and current Mayor’s Permit/Municipal License. The bidders who are still renewing their Mayor’s permit for 2010 should submit their official receipts as proof of payment and Mayor’s Permit for 2009.

    I.3.C.3

    The bidders shall submit an Audited Financial Statements stamped “received” by the BIR or its duly accredited and authorized institutions, for the immediately preceding two (2) calendar years, showing among others, the total assets and liabilities and unaudited Financial Statement for CY 2009.

  3. All other provisions of the Technical Specification and Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
