SUBJECT:   Bidding for the Provision of Concept and Design and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures (F & F) for Offices/Workstations of HGC Personnel

DATE:          March 9, 2010

Due to the unavailability of the approved floor plan for the HGC 2nd floor, it is necessary to revise the Terms of Reference and delist some F &F in the items for bidding.

Further, to give sufficient time for the participating bidders to review and revise their financial bids to conform with the revised Terms of Reference, the Bids and Awards Committee has decided to reschedule the opening of bids.

In view thereof, the participating bidders are notified of the following:

  1. The opening of bids is rescheduled from March 10, 2010 to March 17, 2010 at 2:00 PM.
  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is revised to P2,039,987.46.
  3. The Revised Terms of Reference is as follows:
