SUBJECT:   Bidding of HGC Corporate Give-aways (mailman bags)

As discussed and agreed during the Pre-bid Conference of January 6, 2010, the Terms of Reference and Instructions to Bidders of the HGC Corporate Giveaways (mailman bags) are hereby amended as follows:

1. TERMS OF REFERENCE



1. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

Quantity: Eight hundred fifty pieces

Material: Leather (cow hide)

Quality of leather:      Class A, top grain, imported tanned

Color:     Dark brown, glossy

Lining:    Imported and water resistant

Size:       36 cm x 25 cm x 8cm top side and 10 cm bottom base

Other features:

With compartments; imported sling leather 1.5 inches wide; imported accessories such as nickel coated steel adjusters and zippers ( No. 5), plastic flap zipper; thread counts should be thicker than 30; debossed HGC logo

2. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT: P1,955,000.00


2. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS

I.3.A.4

Valid and current Mayor’s Permit/Municipal License. The bidders who are still renewing their Mayor’s permit for 2010 should submit their official receipts as proof of payment.

I.3.C.4.b.

The bidders who participated in the first bidding for the mailman bags and whose bid securities are still with HGC should only submit the additional bid security to cover the adjusted Approved Budget for the Contract.
3. The deadline for the delivery of the mailman bags by the winning bidder is on or before March 15, 2010.


4. All other provisions of the Terms of Reference and Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
