  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested media outfit to produce two (2) 15-second LED materials promoting the Home Guaranty Corporation and its services. The materials will enhance the image and popularity of HGC and complement HGC’s radio campaign efforts. (Please refer to Terms of Reference).
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 160,000.00.
  1. All interested media outfit may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of January 20, 2014.

  1. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
