  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested providers to submit quotations for the supply and delivery of purified drinking water with the following requirements:
    1. Approximately 90 bottles @ 5 gallons per bottle per week;
    2. Delivery : every other day
    3. 10 units free use of non-spill type hot and cold water dispenser;
    4. Free monthly dispenser maintenance and cleaning;
    5. Microbiological Testing Certificate on the Purification process issued by Medical Laboratories recognized/accredited by Department of Health;
    6. Terms of Payment: Monthly billing and payment 30 days upon receipt of invoices; and
    7. Period : 2 years

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 163,800.00 for one year.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of July 06, 2016.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
