  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotation for the supply of  two thousand pieces (2,000) pieces of Ring binder and four thousand (4,000) pieces Transparent Plastic Protector Sheet with the following requirements:

         Ring Binder
         Thickness : 7 cm, 1” capacity D-Type Mechanism
         Size : Legal
         Color : Green
         Quantity : 2,000 pieces
         Others : pocket & ring on spine
     
         Transparent Plastic Protector Sheet
         Thickness : Gauge #6
         Size : A4
         Quantity : 4,000 pieces
         Others : open on top, puncher hole on top

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 310,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of January 14, 2014.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
