  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested appraisers to submit quotation for the engagement of services of two (2) licensed appraisers to undertake the appraisal of the following properties:

Total 147  
  1. The scope of work shall be as follows:
    1. Determine the Fair Market Value (FMV) and Prompt Sale Value of the properties using the market data approach for the land and improvements;
    2. Submit assumptions and explanations in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
    3. Gather information to be used as basis for the valuation;
    4. Provide pictures of the properties;
    5. Submit computations using other methodologies/hypothetical analysis to affirm the FMV;
    6. Provide two (2) hard copies (book bound and duly signed by the appraiser) and soft copy of the final appraisal reports; and
    7. Appraisal Report must be completed within 60-working days from receipt of Notice to Proceed.

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 75,500.00 for each appraiser.

  3. All interested licensed appraisers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 05, 2015.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
