  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested Farmer/Farmer’s Cooperative accredited by the National Food Authority to supply the rice requirements for the 3rd quarter of CY 2017 as follows:

    • 342 Sacks of Rice with the following specifications:
    • Sinandomeng – 95% Premium Graded, 50 kilos/cavan

  2. The winning Farmer/Farmer’s Cooperative will undertake the house to house delivery for each employee at designated addressees.

  3. All interested providers may submit proposal to the BAC Secretariat, Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of October 12, 2017 together with the following documentary requirements:
    • Mayor’s/Business Permit;
    • PhilGEPS Registration;
    • Income Tax Returns for CY 2016 or Certificate of Tax Exemption (for Cooperatives); and
    • Omnibus Sworn Statement (BAC Form G-1).

  4. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 855,000.00.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
