  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested Surveyors/Geodetic Engineers to submit quotation for the resurvey of Lot 2101-B located at Legacy Memorial Estate, Brgy. Sta. Anastacia, Sto. Tomas, Batangas.

  2. Scope of Work:
    1. Actual survey of the locations of the existing natural or man-made boundary markers to include the relocating, setting and marking in the ground/monumenting;
    2. Approval of the subdivision survey plan for the segregated area and its technical descriptions by the government agencies concerned;
    3. Written report on the conduct of undertaking the survey work as well as the reference base points used in the survey activities. The report should also include the site photographs taken during the conduct of survey works;
    4. Research undertaken on the subject lot; and
    5. All works/reports must be completed/submitted within six (6) months from receipt of Notice of Award.

  3. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 90,400.00.

  4. All interested Surveyors/Geodetic Engineers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of March 24, 2015.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
