  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested Surveyors/Geodetic Engineers to submit quotation for the relocation survey and monumenting of eight (8) lots at Woodland Hills, Olongapo City.
  1. Scope of Work:
    1. Actual survey of the locations of the existing natural or man-made boundary markers to include the relocating, setting and marking in the ground/monumenting;
    2. Written report on the conduct of undertaking the survey work as well as the reference base points used in the survey activities. The report should also include site photographs taken during the conduct of survey works, and a signed and sealed subdivision plan (3 hard copies);
    3. Research undertaken on the subject lots; and
    4. All works/reports must be completed/submitted within two (2) months from receipt of Notice of Award.

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 120,000.00.
  1. All interested Surveyors/Geodetic Engineers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of April 14, 2015.

  1. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
