RELOCATION SURVEY OF OLD BILIBID COMPOUND
TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. SCOPE OF WORK

The HGC accredited appraiser shall undertake the following:

    1. Verify /validate the approved survey plans and technical descriptions of the lots to be surveyed with the Land Management Services, Department of Environmental and Natural Resources, National Capital Region.

    2. Ocular inspection or reconnaissance of the area to familiarize with the site and locate any existing possible reference monuments/point for use during the field work.

    3. Relocation survey of the perimeter of the consolidated boundary of the three (3) parcels of land, identified as plans Swo-00-001756 (Manila City Jail), Swo-00-001838 (Central Market) and Swo-00-001839 (J. Fabella Hospital) containing an area of 8.4 hectares, more or less.

    4. Survey of the existing natural or man-made boundary marker, gap, conflict or adverse claim, if any, including the adjacent roads and alleys.

    5. Survey of the existing commercial establishments and other institutions located within the property especially along Quezon Boulevard Extension, Claro M. Recto Avenue, Oroquieta St., Lope de Vega St. and other adjacent roads around the OBC.

    6. Relocate, set and mark on the ground the corners along the consolidation boundary of the three (3) lots by concrete monuments or other permanent markers.

    7. Prepare a survey report and relocation survey plan indicating thereon the technical description of each lot and findings during the field survey.

II. TIMETABLE

The survey shall be completed within sixty (60) working days including  research work.

III. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT

The approved budget for the contract is Php 360,000.00.
