TERMS OF REFERENCE
HGC 2015 CHARTER DAY ANNIVERSARY T-SHIRT

I. OBJECTIVE
To engage the services of a T-shirt factory that can supply 400 pieces of T-Shirts

II. DELIVERABLES

1. White Honeycomb (Lacoste comb) cotton T-shirt with orange and green stripes and emerald green collar and caps
2. Embroidered text
3. Embroidered HGC logo
4. Option 1: Embroidered BBB+B Program logo
   Option 2: Rubberized print of BBB+B Program logo
5. Quantity: 400 pieces of various sizes
6. The winning bidder must submit samples of various sizes to serve as gauge for the HGC employees as to the actual quality of the textile and for determining their sizes.

III. CRITERIA FOR EVALUATION

1. The supplier must prove its capability to deliver 400 pieces of the T-Shirt as specified above.
2. The supplier must deliver the T-Shirt within one (1) month upon receipt of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order.
3. Bidders must submit their price offer for either one or both of the two options in item no. 4 of the Deliverables above.

IV. APPROVED BUDGET
The approved budget for the contract is P180,000.00 chargeable against the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2015.
