HGC RADIO ADVERTISEMENTS
PLACEMENT OF ADS
TERMS OF REFERENCE
I. OBJECTIVE
To engage the services of an AM radio station that shall air four (4) radio advertisements of HGC. Each of the four advertisements shall be 30 seconds in length.
II. SCOPE OF WORK
The contracted radio station shall air the radio ads daily for 30 calendar days.
III. DELIVERABLES
The contracted radio station shall submit a copy of their daily advertisement log for the month where the time and frequency of airing of HGC’s ads are reflected.
IV. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
The radio station shall be selected based on the following general criteria:

The radio station must be historically recognized as among the top five most listened-to AM radio stations in the country. |

Best Offer |
The radio station with a package/ cost that is most advantageous for HGC. |

The percentage scores for all general criteria shall be summed-up to get the total percentage score of the radio stations. The radio station with the highest percentage score shall have the Contract.
V. APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT
The approved budget for the contract is Four Hundred Forty Eight Thousand Pesos (P448,000), inclusive of VAT, chargeable against the Corporate Operating Budget for CY 2013.
