  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested IT Provider/Web Developer to submit quotations for the development of web-based application of  HGC common forms with interface to HGC Microsoft Dynamics AX System as follows:
    1. Document Tracking System (DTS)
    2. Disbursement Voucher
    3. Payment Order (PO) – Admin
    4. Payment Order (PO) – AMD
    5. Payment Order (PO) – Controllership
    6. Payment Order (PO) – Guaranty – BDAED
    7. Payment Order (PO) – Legal
    8. Payment Order (PO) – Treasury
    9. Custodianship – SRI – Treasury
    10. Custodianship – SRO – Treasury
    11. UVAS for Trip Request – Admin
    12. Leave Application – HR
    13. Overtime Request – HR
    14. Permission Slip – HR
    15. Requisition Slip – Admin

  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is P 495,000.00.

  3. All interested IT Provider / Web Developer may submit quotation on or before 2:00 p.m. of Sept. 09, 2013 to the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and or through fax at telefax no. 897-32-32.

  4. For further inquiries, please call Ms. Helen Santamaria or Mr. Arturo Barrios of the Administrative Department at telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
