  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested research service providers to submit quotation for the conduct of customer satisfaction survey on HGC services in the sale/disposition of retail acquired real estate properties sold on installment and collection of amortization payments. (Please see attached Terms of Reference)

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 250,000.00.
  1. All interested research service providers may submit proposal together with the documentary requirements at the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-3232 on or before 2:00 p.m. of October 25, 2016.

  2. For further inquiries, please call Ms. Rosemarie N. Principe or Mr. Arturo Barrios of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  3. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
