  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites licensed appraisers to submit quotation for the appraisal of the following properties:

    2. PROPERTY NO. OF TITLES LOCATION
    1. Rancho Imperial De Silang
    		727 Brgy. Tartaria, Silang, Cavite
    1. Imperial Rosmont Heights Subdivision Phase 1
    		 695 Brgy. Estanza, Legazpi City
    1. Imperial Southmeadows Subdivision
    		 936 Brgy. San Vicente, Sto. Tomas, Batangas
    1. Imperial Central Plains Subdivision
    		 686 Brgy. Bakod Bayan, Banatuan City
         Total: 3,044  

  2. The scope of work shall be as follows:
    1. Determine the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the properties using the market data approach for the land and improvements:
    2. Provide the current Zonal Value of the properties;
    3. Submit assumptions and explanations in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
    4. Gather information to be used as basis for the valuation preferably completed transactions, if available;
    5. Provide pictures of the properties;
    6. Submit computations using other methodologies/hypothetical analysis to affirm the FMV;
    7. Determine the status of occupancy of all the properties (vacant/occupied);
    8. Verify from appropriate authorities if there are any cease and desist orders issued involving the properties; and
    9. The appraisal report shall be completed within 60 working days from receipt of HGC’s Notice to Proceed.

  3. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 497,000.00.

  4. Interested licensed appraisers may submit proposal in a sealed envelope at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 15, 2016.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
