- The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites licensed appraisers to submit quotation for the appraisal of the following properties:

- The scope of work shall be as follows:
- Determine the Fair Market Value (FMV) of the properties using the market data approach for the land and improvements:
- Provide the current Zonal Value of the properties;
- Submit assumptions and explanations in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
- Gather information to be used as basis for the valuation preferably completed transactions, if available;
- Provide pictures of the properties;
- Submit computations using other methodologies/hypothetical analysis to affirm the FMV;
- Determine the status of occupancy of all the properties (vacant/occupied);
- Verify from appropriate authorities if there are any cease and desist orders issued involving the properties; and
- The appraisal report shall be completed within 60 working days from receipt of HGC’s Notice to Proceed.
- Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 497,000.00.
- Interested licensed appraisers may submit proposal in a sealed envelope at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 15, 2016.

- The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
