  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all HGC accredited appraisers to submit quotation for the appraisal of the following properties:

    2. PROPERTY AREA (in sq. m.)
    Smokey Mountain Garbage Site 197,351.00
    Manila Harbour Center Lots  
    Block 2 Lot 1 5,142.00
    Block 2 Lot 4 5,000.00
    Block 7 Lot 4 255.00
    Block 8 Lot 11 427.08
    Block 17 Lot 1 3,319.70
    Block 18 Lot 11 419.48

  2. The scope of work shall be as follows:
    1. Fair Market Value (FMV) of the properties using the market data approach for the land:
      1. On an “as-is, where-is” basis; and
      2. Assumed as cleared of garbage and informal settler families.
    2. Prompt Sale Value;
    3. Fair Rental Value using Market Data Approach;
    4. Assumptions and explanation in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
    5. Data/information gathered as basis for valuation;
    6. Pictures of the properties;
    7. Other methodologies/hypothetical analysis used to affirm the FMV; and
    8. All comparables should be sited on the map or narrated in the report.

  3. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 100,000.00.

  4. All interested HGC accredited appraisers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of June 27, 2014.
