  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested service providers for the development and placement of HGC Ads in six (6) Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA)-accredited Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS) venues in Metro Manila.

    2. Scope of Work:
    A. HGC Ad Development
        • Development of three (3) HGC LED TV Ad materials

    B. HGC Ad Placement
        • HGC’s video materials to be played all throughout the day during session hours (8AM to 9PM) in six (6) PDOS
           venues with two monitors each
        • Per Monitor: 100 spots per day of 15-second video material (or equivalent: 50 spots per day of 30-second
           video material or 25 spots per day of one-minute video material)
        • Duration: Three (3) months, minimum of 20 days per month (office days)

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 128,000.00.

  3. All interested providers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 29, 2014.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
