  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites interested Pest Control Service Companies/Providers to submit proposal for Comprehensive General Home Pest Control treatment of Jade Building, presently leased by Home Guaranty Corporation, for a period of two years:

    Scopeof work:
    1. Target Pest: crawling and flying insects and rodents.
    2. Residual surface spraying, misting, and defogging of insecticide solutions using non-toxic FPA approved chemicals.
    3. Abatement programs for rodents.
    4. Gel Baiting for cockroaches and ants
    5. Monitoring and gathering of Final Results for assurance that the Pest Control Program is effective.
    6. Frequency of application: weekly
  1. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 180,000.00 per year.
  1. All interested Pest Control Service Companies/Providers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and/or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of August 05, 2015.

  1. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
