HGC OFFICE UNIFORM
TERMS OF REFERENCE

I. OBJECTIVE
To select the most responsive bidder based on the criteria for selection set by the HGC Uniform Committee (The Committee).

II. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES
A. Bidders shall present to The Committee their sample designs and various fabric swatches.
B. Measurements shall be conducted at the Staff Room of HGC.
C. Delivery of thirty-one (31) male and forty-three (43) female HGC office uniforms on or before December 15, 2014.
D. Alterations, if any, shall be done within the two-week period from the date of delivery.

III. DESCRIPTION

Female set Four (4) pieces of short-sleeved blouses and four (4) skirts or pants 43

IV. APPROVED BUDGET

The approved budget is Three Hundred Seventy Thousand (P370,000.00) inclusive of VAT.

V. CRITERIA FOR SELECTION
The proposals shall be evaluated using the Cost-Quality method, where 50% shall be allocated for Cost and 50% for Quality as follows:

Total 100%

The quality of submitted samples shall be evaluated on the following:

  1. Work: includes workmanship, design and durability
  2. Fabric: includes comfort, fit and appeal.
