- The scope of work shall be as follows:
- Fair Market Value (FMV) of the properties using the market data approach for the land:
- On an “as-is, where-is” basis; and
- Assumed as cleared of garbage and informal settler families.
- Prompt Sale Value;
- Fair Rental Value using Market Data Approach;
- Zonal Value;
- Assumptions and explanation in arriving at the valuation of the properties;
- Data/information gathered as basis for valuation including done transactions;
- Pictures of the properties;
- Other methodologies/hypothetical analysis used to affirm the FMV;
- All comparables should be sited on the map or narrated in the report; and
- Appraisal reports should be submitted by the appraisers within thirty (30) working days from receipt of Notice of Award.
- Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 100,000.00 for each appraiser.
- All interested HGC licensed appraisers may submit proposal in a sealed envelope at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of April 08, 2016.

- The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
