Puyat Avenue, Makati City is awarded to N.M.S. Construction at the Contract Price not to exceed ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY-SEVEN THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY THREE AND 58/100 PESOS (P1,477,423.58).
