Dear Mr. Ang:

This is to advise you that upon the recommendation of the HGC Bids and Awards Committee, the contract for the following services:

  1. Provide a celebrity endorser for HGC and model for HGC promotional materials;
  2. Conduct photo and video shoot for model; and
  3. Provide HGC with usable photo and video package for use in HGC promotional materials;

 

is awarded to ONE HAPPY MONKEY INC. for One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P150,000.00) exclusive of 12% VAT and other applicable taxes.
