This is to advise you that upon the recommendation of the HGC Bids and Awards Committee, the contract for the engagement of Transit Ad Agency for the display of HGC advertising materials in public utility buses for six (6) months is awarded to PRIME RECALL ADVERTISING SERVICES INC. for Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (P700,000.00).
