This is to advise you that upon the recommendation of the HGC Bids and Awards Committee, the contract for the engagement of property insurance adjuster for the Victory Central Mall property located at Old Victory Compound, Barangay 72, Avenida Rizal, Caloocan City is awarded to Lumicon Builders and Trading for THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (P300,000.00) exclusive of VAT.
