This is to advise you that upon the recommendation of the HGC Bids and Awards Committee, the contract for the renovation of the Office of the President located at 335 Jade Building, Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City is awarded to N.M.S. Construction for FOUR HUNDRED NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED TWENTY-ONE PESOS (P499,621.00).
