The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested bidders to purchase thru sealed bids and on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis various unserviceable motor vehicles referred to in Annex “A”.

CONDITIONS:

1. All bids shall be accompanied with a bidder’s bond equivalent to ten (10%) percent of the total bid price in the form of cash.
   
   
2. Bids shall be placed in a sealed envelope and dropped in the bid box located at the 2nd  Floor Lobby,  Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City not later than 2:00 p.m. of July 03, 2015.
   
   
3. Prospective bidders are advised to inspect the unserviceable motor vehicle for sale at Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.  Prospective bidders may make an offer for one or more items in the List of Unserviceable Motor Vehicles.
   
   
4. The Instructions to Bidders (ITB) shall be posted at the bulletin boards and all other conspicuous places of Jade Building, starting June 15, 2015.

6. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all offer, to waive any defects therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the corporation.
