Invitation to Submit Proposal

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotations for the supply and installation of two (2) units, 5.0 TR / 6 HP Capacity, Floor Mounted Split-Type Airconditioning Unit with Inverter together with the following scope of work:
    • Supply and installation of two (2) units, 5.0 TR / 6 HP Capacity, Floor Mounted Split-Type Airconditioning Unit with Inverter;
    • Supply of labor and materials such as copper tubes, rubber insulation, electrical control wires, circuit breaker platform, pvc pipes for drain line and other materials needed for the installation;
    • Leak testing & Vacuuming; and
    • Technical supervision, Start-up and commissioning.

    2. Said units shall be installed at the HGC Multi-Purpose Hall.

  2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is P490,000.00

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of November 05, 2012.

  4. For further inquiries, please call Ms. Helen Santamaria or Mr. Arturo Barrios of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
