  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested suppliers to submit quotation for the supply and installation of workstations at the Office of the President with the following specifications:

    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 120H x 60W 4
    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 120H x 90W 4
    2 – Tile Fabric Partition 120H x 120W 4
    Work Top with leg support, laminated finish, with Metal  leg and modesty 120W x 60D x 2.5 cm. thick/
    90W x 45D x 2.5 cm. thick    		 4
    3-drawer mobile pedestal   4

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 90,000.00.

  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Second Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, on or before 2:00 p.m. of July 15, 2013.

  4. For further inquiries, please call Mr. Arturo Barrios or Ms. Helen Santamaria of the    Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
