Provision of lights, sounds equipment, and stage

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested service providers/ stage designers to submit quotations for the provision of lights, sounds equipment, and stage and backdrop design including technical personnel, for Home Guaranty Corporation’s 5th Housing Finance Forum to be held at Rigodon Ballroom of the Manila Peninsula in Makati City on October 20, 2011.

    2. Scope of Work:

    1. Provision of lights and sound equipment

      1. Complete sound supplement;
      2. Lights consisting of special moving heads, LED pars & conventional Par 64 cans;
      3. Scaffoldings, truss & rigging accessories.

    2. Video documentation

      1. Four (4) MiniDV cam set up for live feed & documentation;
      2. Two (2) 6 x 8 ft. LED screen as backdrop and video support playback;
      3. Playback system and accessories.


    3. Stage and Backdrop Design.

  2. Approved Budget for the Contract is Php 110,000.00.


  3. All interested suppliers may submit proposal at the Administrative Department, Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati, and or through telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of September 30, 2011.

  5. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all Bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
