Invitation for Negotiated Bidding

  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation is requesting the submission of Quotation for the negotiated procurement for the renovation of the 5th Floor HGC Office Jade Building located at 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.

  2. Eligible Contractor may either be Filipino or foreign Contractors and who may be an individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation satisfying the requirements as provided in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184.

  3.  The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is P7,200,000.00.

  4. The Instructions to Participating Bidders for the bidding maybe secured at the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, 2nd Floor, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City starting July 9, 2012.

  5. The sealed quotations and other requirements shall be dropped in the Bid Box located at the Security Guard station lobby, 2nd Floor, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, not later than 2:00 P.M. of July 16, 2012.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any  required formality therein or to accept such offer as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
