  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation (HGC) invites all interested and qualified electrical contractors/suppliers to submit proposal for the lay-out design and supply and installation of materials necessary for the additional power source for the Data Center of HGC.


  2. The Terms of Reference maybe secured at the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, G/F Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Ave., Makati City.


  3. The Approved Budget for the Contract is P190,000.00


  4. Interested contractors/suppliers may submit proposal at the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, Ground Floor Jade Bldg., 335 Gil Puyat Ave., Makati, and or through fax at telefax no. 897-32-32 on or before 2:00 p.m. of February 09, 2011.


  5. For the actual inspection of the location of Data Center and further inquiries, please call Ms. Helen Santamaria or Mr. Arturo Barrios of the Administrative Department with telephone Nos. 897-32-94, 897-32-32 and 897-32-66.

  6. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids/quotations or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offers as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.


TERMS OF REFERENCE

FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL POWER SOURCE FOR THE DATA CENTER OF HGC

  1. Scope of Work :

    • Design of additional power source lay-out for HGC Data Center duly certified by a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer.
    • Supply and installation of wires, circuit breakers, conduit, boxes, fittings and others from gen-set panel board at ground floor to 3rd floor Data Center.
    • Installation of 5 units twist lock for cabinets.
    • Restoration of all affected areas (ceiling, flooring, etc.).
    • Testing and Commissioning.
    • All works shall be done in accordance with the Philippine Electrical Code.

  2. Timetable : 6 days (3 consecutive Saturdays and Sundays)

  3. Warranty : One year on parts and service

  4. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php 190,000.00
