  1. The Home Guaranty Corporation is requesting the submission of Quotation for the negotiated procurement of HGC’s MICROSOFT PRODUCTS, TECHNOLOGIES AND SOLUTIONS (SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT).

  2. Eligible consultants may either be Filipino or foreign Consultants and who may be an individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation satisfying the requirements as provided in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of RA 9184.


  3. The Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) is P20,000,000.00.


  4. The Instructions to Participating Consultants and the Terms of Reference for the bidding maybe secured at the BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, G/F Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City starting November 30, 2010.


  5. The sealed quotations and other requirements stated below shall be dropped in the Bid Box located at the Security Guard station lobby, G/F, Jade Building, 335 Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City, not later than 2:00 P.M. of December 8, 2010.


  6. The Quality-Cost based evaluation methodology shall be used in evaluating the submitted Technical and Financial Bids of eligible bidders. The Technical Proposal shall be given a weight of 60% while the Financial Proposal shall have a weight of 40%.


  7. The HGC Bids and Awards Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any required formality therein or to accept such offer as may be considered most advantageous to the Corporation.
