SUBJECT:   Bidding for the venue of the 2014 HGC Planning Workshop

This is to inform you that because of the change of plan of the HGC Management, the scheduled 2014 HGC Annual Planning Workshop has been moved to a later date.

In view of the foregoing, notice is hereby given to all service providers who submitted their proposals that the HGC Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) declared the bidding cancelled.   The BAC will be posting another Request for Quotation in which you can still participate.
