SUBJECT:   Bidding for the purchase of one (1) digital data storage unit

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of April 14, 2014, the following are hereby amended:

Instruction to Bidders:

1. Item I.4.e is added which shall read as follows:  Technical Specifications of the product being offered.
   
   
2. Item I.5.c is added which shall read as follows:  Delivery is 60 days from receipt of Purchase Order
   
   
3. Item III.4.a shall read as follows:  Tax Clearance for CY 2013
   
   

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
