SUBJECT: Bidding of Janitorial Services for HGC Head Office

DATE : October 27, 2011

The following provision in the Instruction to Bidders is hereby amended as follows:

Item I.3.A 5 shall read as follows:

Certification/Clearance for the Quarter Ending June 30, 2011 from the following government agencies that the prospective bidder has been remitting its employee-employer contributions or proof of remittance of employee-employer contributions from the prospective bidder for the months of January 2011 to July 2011:

1. Social Security System (to include ECC contributions);
2. Home Development Mutual Fund or PAG-IBIG; and
3. Philippine Health Insurance Commission

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
