SUBJECT: Bidding of security services for the HGC Head Office and its various assets/projects

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of September 25, 2014, the following are hereby amended:
The following item in the Instruction to Bidders is hereby amended:
Item I.4.A.7 shall read as follows: Certification/Clearance for the Quarters Ending March 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014 from the following government agencies that the prospective bidder has been remitting its employee-employer contributions. In case the Certification/Clearance for the quarters Ending March 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014 are not yet available, the proof of remittance of employee-employer contributions from the prospective bidder for the months of January, February, March, April, May, and June 2014 shall be submitted instead:
- Social Security System (to include ECC Contributions)
- Home Development Mutual Fund or PAG-IBIG
- Philippine Health Insurance Commission
The Certification/Clearance, however, for the Quarters Ending March 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014 shall be submitted during the post qualification.
All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding. |
