SUBJECT:   Bidding of security services for the HGC Head Office and its various assets/projects

DATE     :    September 26, 2014

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of September 25, 2014, the following are hereby amended:

Instruction to Bidders:

1. Item I.4.A.7 shall read as follows:  Certification/Clearance for the Quarters Ending March 31, 2014 and June 30, 2014 from the following government agencies that the prospective bidder has been remitting its employee-employer contributions.  In case the Certification/Clearance for the quarter ending June 30, 2014 is not yet available, the proof of remittance of employee-employer contributions from the prospective bidder for the months of April, May, and June 2014 shall be submitted instead:
   
   1. Social Security System (to include ECC Contributions)
   2. Home Development Mutual Fund or PAG-IBIG
   3. Philippine Health Insurance Commission
   
   
2.  Item I.4.B.2 shall read as follows:  List of at least five (5) clients of the bidder, whether they be former or existing clients containing data on number of guards posted, contact person, telephone number and address (BAC Form G-2) and verifiable certificate or proof of very satisfactory rating of at least two (2) clients for the last two years using BAC Form G-3.
   

   The bidder may submit verifiable certificate or proof of very satisfactory rating from clients not using BAC Form G-3 provided it contains the data that are required in the form.  Said certification shall be attached to BAC Form G-3.

3. Item I.6.a shall read as follows:  Duly Signed Bid Price (BAC Form G-1), attach Cost Distribution.  The minimum rate is PADPAO rate.

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
