SUBJECT: Bidding for the Renovation of the 5th Floor HGC Office located at 335 Jade Building, Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue,
Makati City

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of March 29, 2012, the  following are hereby amended:

Instructions to Bidders:

1. Item II.3 shall read as follows:  All bid documents (Envelopes A, B and C) shall be dropped in the bid box located at the HGC Security Guard Station, 2nd Floor of Jade Building not later than April 26,2012 at 2:00 p.m.  The time indicated on the time recording machine at the HGC 2nd Floor shall be the official time to be followed.

Terms of Reference:

1. Item VII shall read as follows:  The Contractor shall be responsible for the inspection of the Project site.  Authority to inspect and the floor plan of the project maybe obtained at the HGC BAC Secretariat, Administrative Department, 2nd Floor Jade Building, 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders and the Terms of Reference not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
