SUBJECT: Bidding for the Painting of Exterior Walls of Jade Building located at No. 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City

As discussed and agreed upon during the Pre-bid Conference of August 16, 2011, the Instructions to Bidders for the Painting of Exterior Walls of Jade Building located at No. 335 Senator Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City are hereby amended as follows:

1. Item II.3 shall read as follows: All bid documents (Envelopes A, B and C) shall be dropped in the bid box located at the 2nd Floor lobby of Jade Building not later than 2:00 p.m., August 31, 2011. The time indicated on the finger-scanning machine at the HGC lobby shall be the official time to be followed.


2. Item II.9 shall read as follows: Bidders who participated in the first bidding for this project and declared eligible shall only be required to submit the Financial Bid as prescribed in Section I.5 of the Instruction to Bidder.

All other provisions of the Instruction to Bidders not inconsistent herewith shall remain valid and binding.
