In reference to the bidding for the supply of Fifty-Two (52) printers, please be advised that the HGC Management is currently rationalizing the utilization of available supplies and resources and the need to continue with the procurement of certain corporate items and equipment, including the printers.

Upon recommendation of the HGC Management Information Systems Department, the Terms of Reference for this bidding was substantially revised wherein certain items to be procured, specifically the high end printers were reduced, thereby decreasing the approved budget for the contract.

Due to these significant amendments, the opening of bids for the supply of printers is rescheduled. The Invitation to Bid containing the dates material to the bidding will be republished. Bidders who already purchased the bid documents for the supply of the Fifty-Two printers may secure the new Terms of Reference and Bid Documents without additional cost at the HGC-BAC Secretariat, Ground Floor, No. 335 Jade Bldg., Sen. Gil J. Puyat Avenue, Makati City.
